TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE

§ 1

The Regulations specify the rules of use of the www.ministerstworeklamy.pl Internet Service operated by MinistryOfAdvertising Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnowskie Góry, 35 Gliwicka Street, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice under the KRS number 0000376859 hereinafter referred to as Service Provider.

§ 2

GLOSSARY

  • Service Provider – a company operating under the name of MinistryOfAdvertising.com, which is also the manager of the www.ministerstworeklamy.pl Website;
  • Client – an entity entering into a contract with the Service Provider for the provision of Services on the www.ministerstworeklamy.pl Website;
  • Internet Service www.ministerstworeklamy.pl – the application available at www.ministerstworeklamy.pl maintained by the Service Provider hereinafter referred to as the Service;
  • User – an entity using the www.ministerstworeklamy.pl Website;
  • Service – the provision of the Service Provider to the Customer on the www.ministerstworeklamy.pl Website.

§ 3

The object of the Service is:

  • Internet marketing – activities such as SEO and AdWords campaigns to send marketing information and attract customers;
  • Sales systems – creating sales platforms to improve the sales process in terms of quality, efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Websites – creating websites, updating and modifying them, and other activities aimed at shaping the client’s image on the Internet;
  • Corporate identity – treatments aimed at creating an appropriate, confidence-inspiring image and level of recognition of the client;
  • ancillary services

§ 4

Use of the Service may consist of:

  • Browsing the Website to learn about the offered Services, news, promotions, implementations, etc.;
  • Using the form to contact the Service Provider,
  • providing a telephone number in order to get in touch with the Service Provider
  • subscribing to the Newsletter.

§ 5

The Privacy Policy is attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations.

§ 6

Detailed issues concerning the services provided and prices will be regulated in each case in the contract concluded by the Service Provider with the Client.

§ 7

  • The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the Regulations. If the Terms and Conditions are changed during the performance of the contract, the client will be informed in writing of any change to the Terms and Conditions. In case of non-acceptance of the Terms and Conditions during the performance of the contract, if the contract refers to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days from the information about the change of the Terms and Conditions.
  • The Service Provider undertakes to notify Users electronically of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  • The user is responsible for providing an e-mail address to which he does not have access, in particular, an incorrect address or one belonging to another entity.
  • In matters not covered by these Regulations, the applicable legal regulations shall apply.
  • The current Regulations are available at www.ministerstworeklamy.pl.
  • These Regulations are effective as of 08.04.2013
